Days 23-26 had some minor set-backs through no fault of my own. Actually gained weight one day, but never fear, I lost it a couple of days later. I had some cheating dreams. Not cheating on my wife (quick to think the worst hmmm?) cheating on the diet. Lastly, A NEW BLOG! Hey Brian, I think I was too quick to ask you to lose the music something you already had done.. I caught up on your progress in subsequent videos. Your videos are great and your success is inspiring. thank you for making the effort and sharing your experience.

Oh the power of suggestion! I haven’t had a single food related dream until I saw your vlog yesterday. Last night I dreamed I was at a party and ate half of a VERY large bowl of M & M’s before I realized what I had done–woke up in nearly a panic! What a relief when I realized it was just a dream
Brian, check out page 170 of the hcg cookbook. It gives some tips for the maintenence phase. Look at tip #4. I am about 4 days away from maintenence and was looking for some info and thought you would be pleased with this tip. I know I was.
I think it’s that constantly around these types of food and I know I have to fight the temptation.
P.S. I am afaid of failure for sure haha.

Funny about your dreams–must be about fear of failure? Just so long as your pillow isn’t missing in the morning you’re doing OK
