    i did the carb diet and lost almost 70 lbs I only ate bacon salads water and ecercised everyday wherter it being running up and down the stairs when it was too cold or I couldn’t make it to the gym.

    If’ you want too lose weight this is the diet for you.

    You can use extra virgin coconut oil & unsweetened cocoa + sugar substitute, very low carb (excellent with unsweetened coconut flakes added)

    thank you for posting this video. I actually tried the cauliflower “rice”…oh my goodness with butter. Great. Now I’m trying soy noodles I got from the Asian market. I made a New Orlean’s shrimp sauce with the noodles…it was fabulous. Not a fan of ther celery root. thanks again for posting.
