If a person isn’t losing weight with exercise it must mean you are taking in more calories than you’re burning. Don’t starve yourself. Eat until your full, but fill yourself with low calorie foods. Lots of vegetables and drink lots of water. No eating after 8PM.

@Kincaidc easy you fucking idiot. obviously its not rocket science, but not everybody has the time to exercise 24/7 or can afford to have gym membership. no point in leaving an abusive, twatty comment. so yeah, um, fuck you, really. and nice video hayley!

i take a nutrition class in my college so i might have the answer and i never excersize intentionally :) . the body realies on sugar, carbs, and fat but too much stores it in fat cells thats why people get ponchy in the abs. 8 glasses of water is a must (FYI-for every cup of coffee u need to drink 2 cups of water). my professor admitted that 5 small meals a day (about a cup ) three hours apart will help u lose weight by retaining hunger & exhaustion and allowing the body to process the nutrients

“drinking lots of water helps to flush out excess water”??? what a load of rubbish..

First off, you do not need to lose weight in my opinion, you are beautiful, in your own way :-)
If thats your goal, you go for it though, and ive learnt not to give up if you want something.
    Much love xx

The reason it flushes out water is beacause if you dont drink enough your body retains water as its dehydrated. This leads to bloating. when you drink water your body lets go of these fluids. if you look at people with starvation youl notice they have swollen bellies because their bodies retain water. but you sound like a lovely person kincaidc have many friens do you?no? didnt think so thats why you sit here insulting ppl all day haha your so cool! creep! :D

@guf857r WTF “drinking lots of water helps to flush out excess water” thats the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of in my life. THE ONLY SECRET TO WEIGHT LOSS IS TO BURN MORE CALORIES A DAY THAN YOU TAKE IN. THERE IS NO MIRACLE SOLUTION YOU LAZY BASTARDS JUST WORKOUT AND EAT RIGHT

hey hayley! the best tip i ever found is drink water ALL the time even when you think you cant drink anymore haha! it makes you eat half as much as you usually would and it flushes out excess water in your body. i lost 5lb in one week! after that it dosnt make you lose that much every week but if you keep drinking 2 to 3 litres a day it definitely helps.

Hi Hayley, as well as goin to the gym and working out you also need to have a good healthy diet goin on or else you wont notice your weight go down. If you are adding the weighs into your routine make sure you dont go to high as when your doin weights your putting muscle on which adds weight on. Best is cardio, alot of running does the job, im off to the gym now to have a hour on runners. Stick at it and you will notice and feel great about it xx
