Hello teamkvs. You should not double the recommended intake. The product will produce bloating and stomach discomfort and/or cramping if used to excess.

Thse really do work, I”ve been using them for over a year. They really do block sugar and starch. I”ve never seen a nutritioanl product work so well. Havent seen anythong else containing phase 2 and soybean extract
