My primary ingredients to mask taste is lemon, lime, and grapefruit.  Apple and Carrot are also good at masking in my experience.  Good on you for doing your updates each day!  Keep up the good work.   How long are you planning to stay on your juice fast?</description>

After about 4 days you will not even feel hungry for 8-12 hrs at a time. You will not need encouragment because the body will be well satisfied. Break the cycle of ignorance.
