well coming from a person who has misplaced more than 50lbs this is acceptable but the time frame is too little. I did it in a course of 4 months and that was only because I lodged to it informal. The way i did it was by running everyday and altering the distance and intensity every half a month or so. As far as eating i ate normally but gave up sodas and snacks all-together. At the end of the day don’t judge your success by the amount of weight but rather by your size because you’ll be competent to suit into things easier. And don’t be dejected you’re still young and misplacing a lot of weight is never easygoing
